The budget-friendly cottage is suitable for all kinds of guests and can accommodate up to 15 people.

A 5-Bedroom property with a private plunge pool designed with indoor and outdoor recreation areas in mind for the convenience of its guests. This place welcomes both tea and coffee lovers. We are surrounded by a tea garden and a cardamom garden at its sides. Experience the novelty of plantation living with the best view of Vagamon velvet valley, and the cottage is at the lap of the mighty mountain.

Expect a foggy morning in the middle of the tea and cardamom plantation with a stunning view of the Vagamon greenswards. Sip your warm morning tea and admire the charms of the mighty mountain. Enjoy pool time, cut the pie with your loved ones, and toss your glasses while the chicken is smoking over the grill set. You can organise surprise parties without worrying about space because there is a pretty wide recreation area. Also, a bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost.

House Rules

This is a standalone property.
The staff will be available only till 10:00 PM at the property.
Guests can access the pool from 02:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any personal items.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to gambling, prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for service charges). And we offer a 50% refund (except service charges) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
