About this property

A 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor and a 2-bedroom cottage in the same compound. The host resides on the ground floor and is always available for any services. The entire property can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests hence, you can arrange your family reunion without worrying about the space and accommodation. The bedrooms come with all the essential amenities and attached bathrooms. And you have a common balcony facing the endless valley and the dining clouds.

The second cottage has 2 bedrooms having a full patio opening to the balcony; you will wake up to the most pleasant valley view and the sunrise. The rooms have a bathroom attached, facilitated with all the amenities, and the apartment has a common kitchen space.

You can enjoy the best campfire experience and the valley view. It is primarily a high-altitude region, with an elevation of 2,500 feet (760 metres) above sea level. The area has deep valleys, hills, meadows, grasslands and a cool refreshing climate. The Koruthodu valley near Mundakkayam, with its extensive rubber plantations, can be seen from there. To the east of Panchalimedu are the Parunthumpara Hills and the Periyar Tiger Reserve. During the summer season, many tourists visit for trekking and relaxation. When the monsoon comes the area will be shrouded in lovely mist and thick fog. Despite this, the climate is pleasant throughout the year. Aside from Pullumedu, Panchalimedu is another location in the district where many pilgrims come to witness the Sabarimala Makaravilakku, a holy flame that is lit every year.

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
