You will wonder how a serene place existed in the middle of the metropolitan city, and you will get the best experience ever. It has a small outdoor swimming pool and a pond where many fish are. There is no schedule for the pool. There are two bedrooms, a hall, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. The caretaker provides a grilling facility. The main highlight is privacy. Overall, it is a villa with a private pool that lets you escape daily hassles. Overall, it is a villa with a private pool! It will be a wonderful stay. Simply enter the house, relax in the air-conditioned room, and swim in the pool to relieve stress. Take off all the worries and rest. The holiday home calls you to recharge.

  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

 

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fees). We offer a 50% refund (except for the cancellation fees) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
