About this property

A premium 3 BHK cottage surrounded by the cardamom orchard and the dark green woods will give you the most pleasant stay in Vagamon. The holiday home is just 12.5km away from Vagamon town. The coppice of cardamom greenery will provide you with the ultimatum of a forest stay. This is a perfect place to spend your valuable time with your crew. We offer a uniquely designed nature-friendly stay- letting you cuddle with the mist and listen to the bird's song and the cicada, and you will be wholly immersed in the welcoming of nature.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one living room and a dormitory room which can accommodate up to 5 people. The cottage's first-floor rooms are suites, while its ground-floor bedroom is an ordinary standard room. All rooms are fitted with essential amenities and attached with a spick and span lavatory for convenience. We have a beautiful kitchen with all the kitchenettes. Also, the home has a long courtyard and a long balcony to enjoy your gatherings and parties.

A dense orchard surrounds the property, making it a nature-friendly property. The soft trekking trails will take you to the cardamom plantation and the Idukki Dam catchment area. The staff will be available only till 10:00 PM at the property.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7- days before your stay (except for service charges). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except service charges) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
