Try a new travel experience, live in a mud house with your family, and solace your soul in the pampering of nature. 3 mud houses and one wood house are available, separately or as for a group (subject to availability). Each cottage is suited with a bedroom with a clean attached lavatory, geyser, a sit-out, and essential amenities.

The place is absolutely nature friendly; every cottage, sitting area, reception and all other facilities are made mostly with natural materials like local wood, lemon grass, bamboo, coconut leaf, and mud. These homes are encircled by gardens rich in local flowers, fruit trees, organic vegetables, lush green and mountain and valley views. All cottages have open deck gazebos to gather around and spend your lovely moments. Everything is natural, and everything is pure nature; you can touch, feel and experience the difference. The home has a restaurant facility where you will get the delicate and delicious taste of Kerala. An ungrounded gazebo with a bonfire facility is also available here. If you are coming for nature, tranquillity and happiness, then you will find it here.

House Rules

This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 3 PM, and check-out time will be before 12 PM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas
Smoking is permitted in the exterior areas of the villa only.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made within 50 days before your stay (except for service charges). And we offer a 50% refund (except service charges) if the cancellation is before 31-49 days from your reservation. A 25% refund (except service charge) is possible if the cancellation is within 16-30 days of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within 15 days of your stay.
