Make your wish come true, a tree hut living. An isolated stay in the middle of the woods near the Kanthalloor forest. This is a 2-BHK property with all the modern essentials for your accommodation. The apple-bloomed paths along the orange scent will take you to this beautiful home. Both bedrooms have an attached balcony, a clean restroom, as well as an open view of the valley from every window and space. Even the kitchen and the dining area will be a perfect vantage point for viewing the scenery.

This property is most suitable for adventure lovers and those who want a total hide-out from your daily routine. Our house premises share the border with the Kanthalloor forest, and it is quite common to spot wild animals like elephants, deer and other wildlife beings. It's highly advisable to keep the serenity and calmness of nature. Tuck yourself in nature and enjoy the peace and the green. The campfire and the BBQ will be early in the night because of the same reason as the animal spotting. And night trekking is not at all advisable. Also, self-cooking is highly recommended, and the caretaker services will be up to 6.30. But in case of emergency, he will be a call away. You can bring restaurant food, or there is a fully furnished kitchen for your convenience. High frequency would not be preferable because you are on eco-friendly premises.

The caretaker will be available only up to 6:30 PM.
We do not permit any check-in after 05:00 PM due to wildlife spotting in night hours.
Guests are not allowed to go outside of the bungalow after 06:00 PM due to wildlife spotting.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
