• Guests can enjoy barbecue meals at an additional cost.
• Campfires can be arranged at an additional cost.
• A Jeep safari can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Honeymoon delights can be arranged for an additional cost.

•  Staff follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities.
•  In case of a power outage generator, inverter backup is available.
•  Using cleaning products that are effective against bacteria and viruses.
•  Linens, towels and laundry are washed under local authority guidelines.  
•  Guest accommodation is sealed after cleaning. 

• This is a cottage-like property.
• Check-in time will be after 2 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the property.
• Smoking is prohibited inside cottages.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Pool Timing: 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
• Food and Beverages are not allowed in the Pool area.
• A proper costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities, dressing in Nylon material is only allowed or pool usage may be denied.
• Children below 15 years old and/or at least 4.5 feet in height aren't allowed to use the main pool. Kids pool may only be used.
• Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy, or respiratory problems) should not use the Swimming Pool.
• A person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool and surrounding area.
• Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip and the property management when requested. 
• Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
• Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
• All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
