The cottage is right on the slope of the steep hill and will give you a heartthrob location to enjoy the high range. The steep-down valley will make you speechless. The tea plantation carpet and the endless valley will welcome you with the cloudy sky. The mist and the howling wind will take over your mind and senses to the next level of enjoyment. One part of the home was on a rock, and the other part pulled a little to the cliff, which may give you an experience of nowhere in the middle of the sky and the valley.

House Rules

This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 12 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
Smoking is permitted in the exterior areas of the villa only.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. And this could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for service charges). And we offer a 50% refund (except service charges) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
