This natural cottage is just 5 KM from the Vagamon centre and is most suitable for bachelors. You can reach the property by a good road. Although, the parking is 400 metres away. In that case, the property manager will bring guests to the property by jeep from the parking lot. A hill view property giving utmost importance to your privacy settled at the perfect blend of the natural stone house, a pleasant live stream surrounded by picturesque hills. During your stay, you will be enchanted by the mystic chants of nature and captivated by its beauty. This 3BHK property will give you the feel of a rustic stay in a serene atmosphere. The bedrooms will be comfy, and the bathroom will be spotless.

This is a standalone property.
The staff will be available only till 09:00 PM at the property.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. And this could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
For any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fees). We offer a 50% refund (except for the cancellation fees) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
