House Rules

This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 2 PM and check-out time will be before 12 PM.
The caretaker will be available up to 10 PM on the property.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum.
Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
This is a pet-friendly property.
It's a budget stay, Hence do not expect any hotel-kind luxury here.
Service kitchen is available. An induction cooker is provided.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or any damage to the personal belongings.
For any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
