• Campfire and Barbeque are available for an extra fee.
• Events can be hosted for an additional cost.
• Dinner arrangements are available for an added cost, featuring fixed menu selections.
• DJ night can be arranged for an additional  rate

• Staff follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities.
• In case of a power outage, inverter backup is available.
• Use cleaning chemicals that are effective against bacteria and viruses. 
• Linens, towels and laundry are washed under local authority guidelines.  
• Guest accommodation is sealed after cleaning.

• This is a standalone property.
• Check-in time will be after 1 PM, and check-out time will be 11 AM.
• Alcohol consumption and smoking are allowed only outside rooms; however, they are prohibited in the pool area.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• No food is allowed in the rooms.
• No food or drinks near the pool.
• Breakfast at  8:30 am ( Kerala style ).
• Guests are responsible for any messes they create and must pay for damages.
• Pool time 3 PM to 10 PM.
• All meals are on a pre-booking basis (spot bookings are possible; Readily available foods only).
• Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip as well as the property management when requested. 
• Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of the guests.
• Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
• All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
