Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. And this could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.

Frequently asked questions

It's almost 9.2 KM from Munnar.

There is a 2 KM of off-road drive to the property. For that, the guest has to hire a jeep from the parking lot at Anjiveedu Campshed. Jeep charges will be extra. Guests with SUVs are recommended to only bring their vehicles up to the property. As an alternative, guests can park their cars at the nearest stop; and rent a jeep or walk to the property.

The property has its chef to cook as per the needs of guests. Breakfast and dinner are also included in this package.

No, self-cooking is not allowed on the property. The caretaker will cook and serve all the foods you need.
