  • This is not a pet-friendly property.
  • Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip and the property management when requested. 
  • Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Any illegal activity - including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fees). We offer a 50% refund (except for the cancellation fees) if the cancellation is 3 days before your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
