Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided for unused nights if guests choose to check out earlier than the confirmed check-out date.
Any request to modify dates or number of guests will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
Guests may request to postpone their booking once, provided the request is made at least 15 days prior to the original check-in date.
Postponed bookings must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original check-in date and are subject to availability.
The new check-in date must be confirmed within 3 days of the postponement request. If not confirmed within this time, the original booking stands, and no further changes will be permitted.
Once a booking has been postponed, it cannot be cancelled, postponed again, or refunded.
Peak dates and weekends are not guaranteed for postponed bookings.
If the new booking dates have a higher rate, the guest is responsible for paying the rate difference.
Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed in such cases.
