About this property

Stay at a heritage home in Vattavada. 2 villas in one compound, a 3BHK villa and a 2BK villa with all the essential amenities for your getaways. Vattavada is the only village to cultivate vegetables in Kerala and gives the perfect experience of Idukki in its different colours.

The first home among our two cottages comes with 3 bedrooms with a hygienic attached bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (on additional charges), a hall, and a long verandah to enjoy the panoramic scenarios of Vattavada hill station with a warm cup of coffee. The second home has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a long veranda.

Whoop it up: what to do here!

Both villas here follow the Kerala architecture model. Keralite architecture usually used clay roof tiles and wood for the wall and floor. It will be a unique experience for you. Guests can enjoy the Kerala architecture, and you will get a perfect stay in the countryside.

Vattavada is a beautiful village and a rare face of Idukki with many different geographical peculiarities. Grapes, strawberries, as well as other varieties of cultivation and plantations, are grown here. You will get a golden opportunity to visit those plantations and a jeep safari. The trekking trails will take you to the nearest waterfall. You can access the kitchen on additional charges, or the food will be arranged as per the pre-orderer. Celebrate your vacation with a taste of Idukki. Come with your pets; they will be happily accommodated. The chilling cold will give you the perfect ambience for a BBQ and a bonfire.

This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 2 PM and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
The staff will be available only till 10:00 PM at the property.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
This is a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
