  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
  • Any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave

For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
